Deliverance Prayer & Spiritual Activities

At Carmel Retreat Centre, we invite every soul to encounter the healing power of God’s love. Our mission is to guide people into freedom, renewal, and deep intimacy with Christ through prayer, worship, and spiritual formation. Every programme at our centre is designed to help participants experience true deliverance, inner healing, and transformation of life.
  • Proclamation of the Word of God

  • Praise and worship led by the retreat team

Healing & Activities

The Inner Healing helps participants experience freedom from past hurts, trauma, guilt, and unforgiveness. Through guided prayer, worship, and reflection, the Lord brings deep emotional and spiritual healing.
Each session includes:
  • Preaching of the Word and moments of silent reflection
  • Confession and forgiveness prayer
  • Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

Purpose of the Counselling

The goal of our counselling service is to guide individuals and families toward wholeness through prayer, reflection, and spiritual wisdom. We believe that true healing happens when faith and understanding meet. Our counsellors, trained in both pastoral care and psychological principles, provide compassionate listening and prayerful guidance to help each person:

Mission of the Intercessory Ministry

The Intercessory Ministry at Carmel Retreat Centre is dedicated to standing in prayerful support for individuals, families, and communities. Rooted in faith and Scripture, our intercessors commit to lifting up the needs of others before God, seeking His guidance, healing, and protection.

Retreat in CRC

A retreat is a dedicated period of time set aside for reflection, prayer, and personal or spiritual renewal, often away from one’s regular environment. Retreats allow individuals or groups to pause daily routines, quiet the mind, and focus on inner growth, healing, and a deeper connection with God or one’s spiritual path.

Night Vigil Activity

The Night Vigil begins in the evening (often around 9:00 pm or later) and continues into the early hours of the morning, typically until around 4:30 am.
  • Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
  • Rosary Procession
  • Gospel Discourses / Talks

Confession

Confession is a standard part of the residential retreats offered at the centre, which usually run from Monday afternoon to Friday morning every second and fourth week of the month.
